Terms & Conditions
Al encargar al artista, el cliente confirma que acepta todos los términos y condiciones establecidos en esta página. El artista también tiene derecho a rechazar cualquier solicitud, en función de la carga de trabajo y de lo bien que crea que puede llevar a cabo el deseo del cliente.Permisos
• El artista tiene todos los derechos para compartir el proceso/dibujo terminado en las redes sociales, incluida la transmisión en vivo de todo el proceso. Si por algún motivo el cliente requiere que el trabajo no se publique en redes sociales hasta una fecha en específico, puede hacerlo saber al artista.
• El cliente tiene todos los derechos NO COMERCIALES de la obra, comuníquese con el artista para solicitudes comerciales.
• Cada encargo incluyen 2 rondas de cambios sin costo adicional.Pago y Rembolso
• Los pagos se realizarán antes de que el artista comience el dibujo, y se pagarán a través de una factura de Paypal al enlace que encontrará al final.
• Todos los precios están en dólares americanos (USD), para realizar el pago en cólones por favor confirmar con el artista antes de hacer el pago.
• El pago se hace a contra entrega, es decir, un 50% adelantado como compromiso de ambas partes de llevar acabo el encargo, y 50% una vez finalizado el encargo.
• Si por algún motivo, el artista no puede finalizar el encargo (debido a temas personales o de salud), se le hará el rembolso correspondiente.
• Hasta terminado el paso 1 (descrito más abajo) y haber confirmado el primer pago, el artista empezará a trabajar en tu comisión.Proceso
Durante el proceso de encargo, se le presentará la opción de reservar una llamada para revisar detalles y entender mejor lo que busca en su ilustración con la intención de minimizar potenciales rondas de cambios. Una vez que haya completado el proceso de compra, se procederá de la siguiente manera:
1. Llamada opcional (via discord) para informar al artista sobre sus objetivos y preferencias relacionadas con el encargo. Si no se procede con la llamada, se le solicitará ser lo más detallado posible en el formulario que encontrará más adelante. El cliente puede compartir imágenes de referencia que considere necesarios.
2. Proceso de boceteo: se realizarán bocetos y se presentarán los que el artista considere necesario según lo especificado por el cliente en el paso anterior.
3. Proceso de aprobación del boceto: el boceto se le enviará al correo o red social de su preferencia antes de empezar con el trabajo final, se le permiten un máximo de dos rondas de cambios al boceto antes de pasar al siguiente paso.
4. Proceso de ilustración: con el boceto aprobado, se procede a hacer el trabajo lineal, agregar el color y volumen a la ilustración, en el formato que el cliente haya escogido (en el caso de emotes, badges o paneles se entregarán en el formato que Twitch o YouTube soliciten, si se requieren para otras plataformas de streaming el cliente debe hacerse cargo de pasar la información necesaria).
5. Revisión: Tienes hasta dos rondas de revisiones incluidas sin costo adicional. Una vez que complete las rondas de revisión o apruebe la versión final, se le enviará la ilustración en alta calidad, formato PNG o JPG (según lo haya solicitado).
De ser necesario, las rondas de cambios se pueden notificar via llamada en discord.Archivos finales y tiempos de entrega
Solamente se entregarán los archivos finales, los editables son de uso exclusivo del artista.
El formato de entrega de los archivos será según lo solicitado por el cliente (PNG o JPG).
La fecha de entrega podrá variar según la cantidad, complejidad y carga de trabajo en el momento de realizar la comisión, por lo que quedará en negociación en el paso 1 de la sección "Proceso".

By ordering the artist, the client confirms that he accepts all the terms and conditions stated on this page. The artist also has the right to refuse any request, depending on the workload and how well he thinks he can carry out the client's wish.Permissions
• The artist has full rights to share the finished process/drawing on social media, including live streaming of the entire process. If for any reason the client requires that the work not be published on social networks until a specific date, they can let the artist know.
• The client has all NON-COMMERCIAL rights to the work, contact the artist for commercial requests.
• Each order includes 2 rounds of changes at no additional cost.Payment and Refund
• Payments will be made before the artist starts the commission, and will be paid through a Paypal link that you can find at the end of this section.
• All prices are in US dollars (USD), to make the payment in colones please confirm with the artist beforehand.
• Payment is made on delivery, that is, 50% in advance as a commitment by both parties to carry out the commission, and 50% once the commission is completed.
• If for any reason, the artist is unable to complete the commission (due to personal or health issues), a refund will be placed via Paypal.
• Until step 1 (described below) has been completed and the first payment has been confirmed, the artist will start working on your commission.Process
During the commissioning process, you will be presented with the option to book a call to review details and better understand what you are looking for in your artwork, in order to minimize potential rounds of changes. Once you have completed the purchase process, we will proceed as follows:
1. Optional call (via discord) to inform the artist about your goals and preferences related to the commission. If the call is not booked, you will be asked to be as detailed as possible on the form below. The client can share reference images that he deems necessary.
2. Sketching process: sketches will be made and those that the artist considers necessary will be presented as specified by the client in the previous step.
3. Sketch approval process: the sketch will be sent to the email or social network of your choice before starting the final work, you are allowed a maximum of two rounds of changes to the sketch before moving on to the next step.
4. Illustration process: with the approved sketch, the artist will proceed to do the lineal work, coloring, and shading to the illustration, in the format that the client has chosen (in the case of emotes, badges, or panels, those will be delivered in the format that Twitch or YouTube request, if those are required for other streaming platforms, the client should provide the necessary information).
5. Review: You have up to two rounds of revisions included at no additional cost. Once you complete the review rounds or approve the final version, the illustration will be sent to you in high-quality, PNG or JPG format (as requested).
If necessary, the rounds of changes can be notified via call on discord.Final files and delivery dates
Only the final files will be delivered, the editable ones are for the exclusive use of the artist.
The delivery format of the files will be as requested by the client (PNG or JPG).
The delivery date may vary depending on the quantity, complexity, and workload at the time of making the commission, so it will be up for negotiation in step 1 of the "Process" section.
